Rachelle joined Wm. S. Jackson & Associates Ltd. after completing her Bachelor of Business in Real Estate (BBRE) from the University of British Columbia.  Rachelle holds an AACI designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada and specializes in commercial/ICI valuation throughout the mid and north Island regions and the Powell River and Sunshine Coast areas.  Rachelle also has a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from UBC and worked in valuation with Aspen Grove Appraisal Services in Dawson Creek and Colliers International in New Zealand.
