Jim joined Wm. S. Jackson & Associates Ltd. in 2020 after working with Kutyn Property Services for many years.  Jim has a Bachelor of Administration degree and is working towards his CRA designation.   Jim is an experienced and well respected residential appraiser and we are fortunate to have him on our team.

Jim is working in the residential side of our practice and regularly completes assignments throughout the mid to north Island  region.
