Dennis joined Wm. S. Jackson & Associates Ltd. in 1998 as a contracted appraiser, bringing more than 20 years of valuation experience to our team. Dennis specializes in residential properties of up to four units and has extensive experience in the valuation of Gulf Island properties. Dennis holds a CRA designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada and specializes in the valuation of residential properties.  Dennis retired at year end 2021 after working with us for over 23 years.  We wish him all the best in his future adventures!
