Sheila re-joined Wm. S. Jackson & Associates Ltd. in 2021 after working as an appraiser in Campbell River for several years and previously in Yellowknife.  Sheila originally joined Jackson & Associates in 2004 as a candidate member and left us in 2006 to move north to Yellowknife.  Sheila holds an AACI designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada and completes a wide variety of commercial, ICI and residential assignments throughout the Vancouver Island region.
